Hi, I'm Jennifer
I have been teaching yoga and movement for over 20 years. My goal as a teacher and coach is to provide a transformative physical education that benefits body and mind. Whether you are starting your fitness journey, returning after time away or just looking for something different, I can help you improve your overall health, quality of life and longevity.
For as long as I can remember I have found a sense of connection, organization, focus, and calm by moving my body. Always on the move as a child, I didn’t fully understand the power of movement practices until I found Ashtanga vinyasa yoga in college. The union of breath, movement, and meditation literally and figuratively turned my world upside down.
I knew I’d found a practice that would accompany me throughout my life. I spent the next two decades traveling, studying, and getting certified to teach various forms of yoga including Ashtanga, hatha, and prenatal.
After the birth of my son via c-section in 2014, I began exploring strength training as a means of restoring my core and addressing chronic joint pain.
Similar to my first yoga experience, strength and mobility training had an enormous positive impact on me physically and mentally. Since then, I have been combining my years of yoga experience with my newfound passion for strength and mobility training to help my clients move and feel their best.

Jennifer, I have been joining your class now for just under a month, and I want to tell you what a positive impact working with you has made on my life already! I feel like I can do things that I didn’t think I could do before. That goes for movement and mobility, but also in terms of achieving goals in other parts of my day. I’m so glad to be part of your group, and getting to meet these other strong ladies. You are so good at what you do! Thank you!!
